Smiles are Social - And so is World Smile Day®!

This year our goal is rather simple - to make as many people as possible aware of World Smile Day® by using the web, social media and your help to encourage smiles and acts of kindness around the world.  Sound simple?  Please read our Go Social page for more details on how you can help spread the word about World Smile Day®.  And you can start today.  

In brief, we are asking people to take a "selfie" while holding a sign saying "World Smile Day is coming!" or Happy World Smile Day or just include Smiley in your photo. Then post it to your Instagram/Facebook page to share with your friends AND tag us (#worldsmileday) in the photo so we see them show up on our timeline and share submissions from around with the world.  You can also do this on twitter and use the #worldsmileday in your tweets about World Smile Day®.

We hope enough people will take a World Smile Day® selfie and share it and tag us so we reach over a million people through friends of friends.  Then on World Smile Day®, Oct 4th, your selfie should be while celebrating WSD holding a Happy World Smile Day® sign and/or the theme "Do an act of kindness. Help one person smile".  Again, share your photo with friends and tag us to share with others from around the world via our facebook page.
